CHEF WILLIAM GUTHRIE
Chef Guthrie was born into a family with four generations in the restaurant business. Starting in the kitchen at age 13, he went on to become a Certified Executive Chef (CEC) with the American Culinary Foundation. He ran four and five star restaurants before opening his own. His chocolate pâté dessert, was such a success that he decided to take it to a wider audience. After initial success in the local area, an Albertson’s supermarket gave Sin In A Tin the thumbs up, and it took off from there.
All of our products are made by hand in small batches. We don’t cut corners. Chef Guthrie continues to use the ingredients and techniques he was taught by the French chefs he trained under. Our philosophy is that quality ingredients make a quality product.
Bittersweet chocolate, cream, cane sugar, eggs and butter. That’s it! No extras. Sin In A Tin and Sin In A Tin Party Log are certified gluten free by the Gluten Intolerance Group of North America. Lemon Lust is made from fresh-squeezed lemon juice. We squeeze it ourselves, right before it goes in the other ingredients.
