HOW TO SLICE A PARTY LOG

Sin In A Tin should be brought to half-thawed-to-refrigerated temperature and cut with a hot knife.  It can be brought to temperature quickly by placing it on a counter for about 20 minutes.  An alternative is to refrigerate overnight.

Use a large sturdy knife and heat it by running it under hot water.  Use a cloth to protect your hands and wipe off the knife.  Press the hot knife into the log slowly, melting through the chocolate and cleaning the knife as needed.

It can be sliced like a loaf of bread.

Or it can be sliced lengthwise down the middle, then sliced like a loaf of bread.  This creates thicker, wedge-shaped slices.

Serve immediately.  Keep chilled at all times.

Shelf-life: up to 2 years frozen.

Bon appétit!
