SIN IN A TIN WITH STRAWBERRY SAUCE AND CHEVRE (GOAT CHEESE)
This sauce is ultra-fresh and colorful. Easy and quick.
- 1 Sin In A Tin
- 16 oz fresh strawberries
- 5 oz goat cheese (chevre)
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup water
Combine water and sugar in a sauce pan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat and pour into a glass measuring cup or small bowl. Chop the fresh strawberries and puree half, reserving half for decoration. Stir pureed strawberries into the sugar mixture to make a sauce. Pour sauce onto serving platter or individual plates. Top with whole Sin In A Tin or individual servings. Arrange slices or pieces of goat cheese on sauce. Decorate with reserved chopped strawberries.
